About
Novy are famed for their extraction, but the business started out in the world of bikes. In 1907, founder Hillaire Lannoy opened up a bicycle shop following his racing career. 7 years later, the business developed into manufacturing bicycles and soon after, motorcycles.
In 1965, now with a wealth of manufacturing experience, Novy began making cooker hoods. The range expanded and in 1973 Novy developed their revolutionary peripheral extraction system. This increased extraction efficiency to 95% and is used by many extraction brands to this day. Since then, Novy have won several design awards. These include a Red Dot award for Product Design in 2022 and two IF Design awards in the same year.

These built in extractors are designed to fit into a decorative chimney or canopy. The stainless steel finish will look modern and stylish in any kitchen. Two bright LED lights illuminate the cooking area below. You can choose between two different widths depending on your available space. Powerful, yet quiet, Novy Essence canopy hoods are an affordable option for eliminating odours and steam.
Novy Crystal
Novy Crystal canopy hoods are designed to fit into a wall unit or chimney breast. Choose between either a black or white finish to suit your kitchen. Crystal canopy hoods are suitable for either recirculated or ducted extraction. There are three speed settings plus an intensive mode. Ideal for those times when you need an extra boost to remove pungent aromas. Novy Crystal canopy hoods have two LED lights which brightly illuminate your cooking space. You can also connect your Novy hob to this hood for intuitive control.
Novy Pureline
Novy Pureline ceiling hoods have a sleek and minimal design. There are three colour options to choose from; black, white and stainless steel. Pureline ceiling hoods are available in either 90cm or 120cm widths. Some Novy Pureline ceiling hoods have dimmable LED lighting so you can create the right ambience in your kitchen. Not only are Pureline extractors powerful, they are quiet too. Some models are even Quiet Mark certified. This means they are rated as the quietest on the market! Pureline ceiling hoods can be either ducted or recirculated depending on your requirements. Selected models have automatic speed control, using sensors to detect vapour and odour.

Novy Easy Pro
The Novy Easy Pro air venting induction hob features a powerful extractor in its centre. The frameless design is sleek and minimal, with four induction cooking zones. You can bridge two zones together to create one large cooking zone. This is ideal for large pots and pans, even fish kettles. The controls are easy to use, with intuitive slider touch controls, timers for each zone and even a keep warm function. The Novy Easy Pro can be purchased as either a ducted out or recirculated model. This hob can be flush fit or surface mounted to suit your preference.

Slider touch controls make it easy to select a zone or alter the temperature. You can also operate your cooker hob directly from your hob with InTouch technology (available on selected models only.
Flex Zones
You can connect two induction zones into one large one with Flex Zones. This is useful when using bulkier pots and pans or a fish kettle. You can also move a pan to a new zone without losing the settings from the previous zone.
