Stylish gas hobs with cast iron pan supports provide fine control of the flame and are made from high quality materials and induction hobs transfer heat only to the pan using electromagnets under the hob surface.  Miele induction hobs incorporate Power Flex technology meaning the end of restrictive pan zones as a pan can be placed anywhere on the hob.
