The Rangemaster Nexus Steam range cooker has a dedicated steam cavity; the first of its kind! You can enjoy all the usual benefits of a range cooker with the added bonus of a steam oven. The 35 litre steam injection cavity is ideal for cooking seafood or roasts alike. The steam helps to retain nutrients, vitamins and also locks in flavour. The left hand multifunction oven has plenty of features to help you perfect your baking skills including the Duo setting for pastry without blind baking, and the Delicate Bake which is ideal for cheesecake or soufflés. The 5 gas burners include a multi ring burner as well as a wok cradle for high heat cooking. Finished in slate, this range cooker will make a fantastic addition to any modern kitchen.
