Delivery Service
We offer various options when it comes to delivery depending on your requirements, all of which can be selected at checkout based upon your postcode area. Our in house delivery team can offer wet connection of your new freestanding appliance, along with disconnection and recycling of your old machine for the ultimate convenience. We don’t offer all services in all areas but feel free to call us if you can’t find what you’re looking for at the checkout.

Free delivery to most UK postcodes
We offer FREE standard delivery to the majority of the UK, however due to carrier fees, certain postcodes outside of our normal area will be subject to a small surcharge. This fee will be calculated at checkout dependant on your postcode.
Alternative floor option available
If you need your items delivering to an alternative floor that’s no problem, simply select the option in the basket or talk to our friendly Sales Team. This option carries a small charge and it’s restricted to a maximum of twenty steps.
Packaging removal for recycling
To save yourself time and effort, you can select our packaging removal service for just £5. We’ll take away all of the packaging that comes with your appliances and recycle it on your behalf rather than you filling up your recycle bin.
How will I know when my appliance will arrive?
Delivery of stock items to most UK postcodes is 3-5 working days and you can choose your delivery date at checkout. We will contact you the day before delivery with a four hour time slot, and on the day, we will also contact you as we’re leaving the prior delivery. Please be aware that we deliver between 6am and 7pm so if you have any specific time constraints please get in touch with our customer service team and we will do our best to accommodate.
Items which are marked ‘Awaiting Stock’ are not in stock in our warehouse but we may have stock on order with the Manufacturer. Feel free to call our Sales Team to discuss availability or alternatively look for items which are marked ‘In Stock’ as they are available for immediate delivery.
If you wish to place an order for an item which we do not have in stock we are happy to take a small deposit over the telephone to secure the order, then once the item arrives in our warehouse we’ll call you to arrange delivery and settle the balance.
Do you connect my appliances?
We offer a wet connection service on freestanding washing machines, washer dryers, dishwashers and American style fridge freezers. We also offer installation services for integrated appliances, cookers and built in ovens through our trusted installation partners. Please note connection must be to existing pipework and electrical points which are easily accessible.

I don’t need my goods yet…
We understand you may be in the middle of a move, renovation or new build so give us a call and we can secure your order with a small deposit, this will guarantee the prices at the point of order and protect you against any price increases. Unfortunately due to the current situation with availability and warehouse space the maximum length of time we can reserve the stock for is six weeks.
How much is delivery?
Unless otherwise stated in the basket, standard delivery to most postcodes is free of charge. Our driver will contact you between 15-30 minutes prior to delivery, then upon arrival will place the items into the room of your choice.
We do offer a ‘Large Item Delivery Service’ on items including oversized refrigeration and range cookers. This service is recommended on selected items at checkout due to the length of time they take to fully unpack and deliver into your room of choice. If however you are happy for us to place the item into a garage or through double doors feel free to ignore this option.
Unfortunately due to carrier costs, certain postcodes including all of Scotland will be subject to a nominal surcharge which will be calculated at checkout.
Can you recycle my old appliance?
If you have selected our recycling service, all we ask is that the old machine is is disconnected from any supplies, drained of any excess water, and it’s clean and ready to go at the delivery point when we arrive.
Please note we can only recycle appliances on a like for like basis.
Alternatively we also offer a free in store take back of your old electrical appliance on a like for like basis, so if it’s more convenient you can bring it to our premises within 28 days of delivery and we’ll recycle it for you at no cost.
