Two big factors to consider when purchasing a new extractor are the noise level and the energy rating. Bosch extraction is highly energy efficient, with many models having the top energy rating so you can be confident in your running costs remaining low. Cooker hoods are generally one of the noisier appliances in the kitchen, however Bosch use a quiet and durable Eco Silence Drive™ motor which is powered by a magnet. This means it generates no mechanical friction, resulting in less noise as well as less power loss. Browse the quietest Bosch extractors which, although extremely powerful, run between 61dB and 65dB levels which is the same level of noise as normal conversation and background music.
