There are two types of 8kg tumble dryers to choose from; condenser and heat pump. Both of these options are far more energy efficient than traditional vented tumble dryers. A heat pump tumble dryer can use up to 50% less energy than a standard condenser dryer. Heat pump tumble dryers use the hot air inside the drum to dry clothes. Although this takes longer, it is much better for the environment and your clothes too.
