- NA64H3010AS
- NA64H3110AS
- NA64H3010AK

Some of these models manufactured by a third party have a safety issue with the elbow connector that links to the external gas supply. This connector can potentially fail.
There have been no reported safety incidents in the UK caused by this defective elbow connector in the UK. However, as a precautionary measure, Samsung commenced an inspection and/or modification programme on the 27th September 2023.
If you own one of the affected gas hobs, please get in touch. You can call the dedicated contact centre on 0800 046 5458 or register on the https://gashobsrepair.mktpoint.com website.
From there, you will be able to arrange for a Gas Safe Registered engineer to come to your home. They will check if the gas elbow connector on your gas hob is one of those affected by this issue. If so, it will be replaced.
If your gas hob is installed in a caravan, leisure home, motorhome, or boat you should safely disconnect it from the LPG cylinder and get in touch immediately. For several reasons, gas hobs used with LPG present a higher risk.
If you smell gas or otherwise believe there is a gas leak, you should follow the steps on this link before taking further action: https://www.gassaferegister.co.uk/gas-emergency/what-to-do-in-a-gas-emergency/.
If you cannot access the link, contact the National Gas emergency helpline on 0800 111 999 in England, Wales and Scotland, and 0800 002 001 in Northern Ireland.
Can You Continue To Use Your Gas Hob?
Even if you can not detect a problem with your potentially affected Samsung gas hob, you need to contact an engineer for an inspection. This is to protect you from a potentially very dangerous fault.
If you can smell gas, you should immediately stop using the gas hob and follow the steps on this link. https://www.gassaferegister.co.uk/gas-emergency/what-to-do-in-a-gas-emergency/.
If you cannot access the link, contact the National Gas Emergency Helpline for their area. 0800 111 999 in England, Wales and Scotland, and 0800 002 001 in Northern Ireland.
If you are using a gas hob with LPG in a caravan, leisure home, motorhome or boat please disconnect it from the LPG cylinder immediately.
If your gas hob is subject to movement, we advise you to stop using it and disconnect the gas supply until it undergoes a check.
Unless one of the above situations applies, users do not need to stop using their gas hobs. However, you must continue to be vigilant. If you smell gas or you are concerned that your product poses a risk, you should follow the steps described above.
How To Find Out If Your Gas Hob Is Affected

No, a proof of purchase or receipt is not required.
What Happens When The Engineer Visits?
There are two steps involved:
1. Inspection – the model and serial numbers will be checked, and the existing gas elbow connector checked to see if it is an affected part. If the elbow currently installed does not require the modification, the visit will end at this point.
2. Modification – the engineer will replace the gas elbow connector. The engineer will then recommission the gas hob in accordance with Gas Safe regulations and manufacturer instructions.
