This Franke 3-in-1 tap dispenses hot, cold and boiling water from a single spout. Unlike many hot water taps which dispense at 98°C the Maris Water Hub Mechanical dispenses at 100°C which is perfect for sterilising bottles, making tea and filling a pan for cooking. The Maris Water Hub Mechanical system features a 4 litre water tank which fits in the cupboard below your sink.
